Overview

This document will cover how to review pricing and item revision history, whether it was a new item import or price changes at the order level or item level.

Viewing Item Revision History

This section will discuss where you can view your item revision history. Revision history includes the following changes:

To review your revision history go to Inventory > Inventory Manager > Revision History

Within the Revision History screen, you can select a specific date range

You can also flip between your local and master inventory to view revisions made to this data

While viewing the screen you can see it tracks every change made to items:

If there were any changes to this information it will appear in yellow

Revert Revision Through History

In the scenario, you need to revert the changes that were made. You can revert back to the original data entered.

Just highlight the Modification Type you wish to revert and select ‘Revert’. Next, confirm the changes.

NOTE: When you Revert all changes made from that date until now will be reverted and can not be UNDONE.

All items will be crossed out and a comment with a timestamp and user information will be shown.

Viewing Item Price Change Log

To view changes to a specific item you can view the Item Price Change Log directly in a quote/order, RMA/RTV, or RFQ/PO.

To view the log while entry just right click on the item on the grid and select ‘Show Item Price Change Log’

If there have been any changes to the items an Item Log will appear. If not you will receive a message stating there is no item log, meaning there have been no changes ever made to that item.

When looking at the item log you will have several options to view all changes.

Any changes will appear in yellow. You will also see the Modification Type. In the example above there was an inventory change, so the modification type is listed as Inventory Management Update.

You can also change the date range to view all modifications.

You can also change between your local and master inventory to view changes as well.

Here is another example of changes through the Application Import
